This may be a bit late. I'll write what i've observed happening to me.
My eyes were a clear blue when i was younger. Lately i've noticed them
becoming greener. This is more prevalent under certain lighting conditions.
I also now have the outlines of little yellow suns around my pupils, looks
pretty cool :)
What i find interesting is that the changing colour correlates with a dream
i had, and my spiritual development then and now.
Late last year i had that portal guardian death figure thing give me a
visit. (i wont go into details of the whole dream because thats a whole
other topic) It was very scary and i could not defeat it...i ended up
escaping (with a bit of help from a friend..i think). We had a sort of test
of wills, with a big stare off. Looking into each others eyes. I saw its
eye colour change from a deep bright yellow, to a strong lime green.
Right now (and back then) i was/am working out Karma, as well as the power
chakra and heart. It was acting as my mirror, but because i was too afraid
i didnt go all the way and 'pass through 'the hidden door' so to speak.
(this explanation feels right to me)
The Japanese have a saying 'the eyes are windows to the soul'.
Here is an excerpt from Essence of Ninjutsu, By Masaaki Hatsumi:
"In Albuquerque, I became friends with a Karate Master. He is a warrior
who, regardless of time or place, reads the messages of the winds. He
actually is recieving messages from the wind in the battlefield. This can
be likened to the presentiment of danger possessed by ninja. He stood on
the battleground and recieved the wind's message from behind him - pushing
him forward so the bullets fly away from him. His powerful eyes reflect a
beautiful light. Yet in one direction of the light there is shade. He said
with conviction that there is a sharp distinction between eyes which have
passed the stage of life and death, and other eyes which have not. Just at
that moment his eyes shone with the glow of the moons light. I saw in his
eyes the wind was traveling. His eyes were the receptacles that recieved
the messages from the winds and his techniques."
