I, One Man Alone, think this is very very stupid and
sad. The impression of God as an old man is very
idiotic. God is not by any means a human or in a human
figure. Yes, He is a judge, but He is so much more
than that. He created the universe thus He exists
outside of it and is not like anything inside. Jesus
was the incarnate of God. He became man to experience
our life to show us He loves us. He sacrificed
everything that He was to clear us from sin. Sin is
all that's wrong and eats away at not at just us but
all of humanity. Sin is the essence that has made the
world the insanity it is today. Sin is the reason for
lawsuits(greed), murder(anger), rape(lust),
obesity(gluttony and sloth), war(envy and pride),
gangs, suicides, muggings, riots, racism, and every
other wicked thing caused from the apathy of the human
heart.
Also, the only thing the Bible tells us not to do is
things we shouldn't do anyway, like murder, rape,
theft. Besides evil acts of violence and insanity, the
Bible tells us that WE ARE FREE! It takes a true moron
to think they are gods, or to misinterpret the Bible
so horribly that they think we are slaves in some way.
There is only one Father God, one Holy Ghost, and one
Holy Son. We are NOT gods. We cannot make planets in
seven days. We are not sinless, we are not perfect, we
are not powerful, and what's more, we never will be.
Don't be stupid. I believe God did indeed give us
gifts of spiritual and mental abilities that we forgot
from physical reliance, but we are NOT GODS! WE ARE
NOT GODS! And proof of it is that you(who ever
believes they are gods) want to be. No man or woman or
being of any kind is like or equal to God in any way.
PS: I have proof of my statements about the Bible in
no way restricting us from having good lives. I am a
Christian and I'm very free. I've never had to worry
about if I'm doing the wrong thing until I considered
killing someone(which I didn't). Jesus preached only
LOVE, never slavery.
