Subject: [K-list] Emotional Pain - I think i got it!

I am happy to have listened to your words dear friends, specially the being
aware part, i have though of it but hearing it from you helps me realise its
not me tripping on something that may not be completelly good


on these things that are said by wise man


I think, theres some wisdom on how to interact with the universe, and that
this wisdom comes with many different clothes and is seen on any way we want

But that even with all the clothing and different angles this wisdom is
still with an essence that very deep in there, is still a wisdom that is
present in all of its "selves"



This wise man you mentioned Marion, he seems very wise!

Is there a place on the net i can find sayings or comments from him?

 I think what is necessary is that we learn to get to a
place where we don't go through this emotional pain.
Wouldn't we be stronger if we choose to see things
as an experience and just move through emotions of pain...seeing it....
allowing it, knowing it is an experience.
  Isn't ego and fear
usually at the basis of emotional pain?
That feeling of not being enough..not being loved.
