Subject: [K-list] the void
From: Susan Carlson

People have many experiences of the void or the abyss as I had come to call
it.
On first encountering the void almost everyone can be terrified. It is
because we are in the process of losing our attachment to the ego and little
self, to all we know. It can be a place of transition and fear or a place of
play, growth and exploration.
One of the purposes of kundalini is to integrate the body-mind-spirit. Once
this happens we are free of educational, environmental, and karmic
conditioning. We act spontaneously in union with the Tao (or god/dess or
Spirit or what ever). All movement is one movement, we flow in Flow.
The Japanese call this mushin or no mind. This is a very desireable place to
cultivate in the highest levels of martial arts and energy practices.
Moving into the Void is the next step on our development of Mastership. We
are then in the process of raising our vibrational level to be one with the
Tao, beyond Pure Awareness.
Hope this helps.
Namaste,
Susan
