Pranayama IS an art! Most definitely. It takes guidance, practice and
intuition to get a grip on, step by step. Like this morning I found the
Nadi Shodana to be easier than ever before, by taking off even another step
of force from it, instead of having the idea of being the one controlling
the breath, trying to keep it even, I dropped it with the feeling of Goddess
being the one controlling the breath.. And voila, she sure knows how to keep
the breath even!
So you quit smoking! I am happy for you. =) Pranayama and smoking don't go
all that well together. ;)
