When you write "I never had sacred sexual intercourse, would that be
even better?", here is my personal experience.
Above all is TANTRA which is based on very specific intuition: one can
meet, heal, communiate, understand all the cosmic laws,... in our body
vehicule. Saying that already goes beyond the classical individuation
(above crown chakra) and brings you to cosmic consciousness using your
body, soul,..., as an entry point, the gateway being you here in 3D.
Remember that when you use a microscope to scan your body and reach
molecules, atoms, there is almost void like in our galaxy or universe.
Same thing if you analyse the radius-ratio between an electron and the
nuclues of an atom opposed of the radius between the sun and the
planets. Many many examples proving this very fact... Then, just a
matter of illusion using our brain and biology creating the illusion of
shapes, solid state,...because there is somthing behind all that much
more simple and complex at the same time so you enter in non-duality
(aka zero point of view).
In practice, there are many ways to do tantra (alone, with sex or no
sex, or alone sex also) so names and techniques is really your choice.
Tantra yoga, sexual yoga, sacred sexuality,...
It just happens that sexuality is one of the 3D gateway to Kundalini and
the universe. You have of course other gateways but this one is quite
stable and logical, why ? Well we came here in this re-incarnation
through a sexual intercourse of our parents so makes sense to go back to
understanding the universe (where do I come from, what is my purpose,
where do you I go) through this channel and reconnect to the flow of
Kundalini in a natural and effcient way not using outside technology,
ideas, merkabas,... Sex is usually pleasant so that is "la cerise sur le
gateau" so it is OK to enjoy as long as progress with your K. awakening.
You can in particular get much strong emotions or karma release when
doing tantra-sex (or sacred sexuality). G-spot (women) or prostate (for
men) is where the Kundalini starts so sexual reflexology is really good,
you can do it alone or best with a partner. Of course, you can get rid
of these emotions by other means but the flow of healing is quite more
complex, LIGHT likes to travel straight so better clean the source at
the beginning so the root chakra is a natural start.
Then it is really a matter on do you like having sex:
- if yes, well since your K. is awake, you will benefit of a
very stable evolution because you will be naturally grounded to the
center of earth cristal chakra then upon a cosmic orgasm, you'll be
little by little naturally connected and aligned with the cosmic chakras
so more stable traveling in higher planes
- if no, OK also, then do tantra with other approaches or don't
do tantra. You'll arrive at the same result mentionned above, just the
route and vehicle is different
In my case, I like having sacred sexuality (tantra) with my wife because
everything in my vehicule is there and I'm not polluted by my ego,
ideas, it can go very high. In parallel, I follow my K. every seconds of
my life even if I don't make love. I can hear a blues song, see the sun,
a nice color in the sky this morning an dhave a cosmic orgasm.
