Ignore it and turn your attention outward to the world instead of inside.
We have to strike a balance between inside and outside.
I had the mindless thought chatter of pre-clairaudient rubbish going through
my head.
I just ignored it and eventually it went away. It's a good job I'm not a
hypochondriac eh? :) I might have thought I was schizo!
Seriously, just ignore it. It's just rubbish. Take your attention to your
feet if you can't focus on the outside world. Energy follows thought you
know.
