D'you know, I was having a dream last night and all these bits of black
wormy uggy things were crawling out of my skin. Not from out to in, but
from inside going out. Cleansing. And today I felt better, more centred.
Ah yes there's certainly some form of cleansing going on.
Did I tell you I had a new a trick? You know when you work on yourself,
then people say "have a shower?"
Then you think - how can a shower wash away all the debris of the inside?
Well I thought I'd try an astral shower. Visualise water cascading through
my body washing all the inside as well as the outside.
Guess what it works! :)))

I don't think we have transpersonal therapists in England. I've never
heard of any anyway.
