Is that when your head, your thinking and your feeling, are not clear? When
you're lost in the forest, when you don't see things as they are, but a
distorted picture?
When emotion gets triggered, and you dump it all on to someone else - then
if they don't react how you hope, and often they don't - misery entails?
That's my experience anyway. I don't know whether that's k or not.
