What happens is they also don't have to do the mudra for this to take
place. It just begins.

Don't do it. Ketchari mudra is a spontaneous thing, Goddess does it
and no surgery required, if it is what you need to be whole. Trying to
fake
it by mutilating yourself is ego resistance in action.
