Oh yes. I've been dealing with what I call adrenal burnout all these 14
years. I spoke to my doctor of chinese medicine today when I went for
acupuncture needles about it and he said something like:

  the adrenals are inflammed and over worked. They are like a big horse
pulling a wagon and being whipped from behind and its the brain doing the
whipping as it is over activated by the kundalini.

  He has been working with me all these years to uninflame the adrenals and
nourish the yin.

  I'm bed-resting each day now from 8:30 pm til noon the next day. I asked
about this also and the rest is very good for one who is yin deficient.

  The rest is time that I spend in the sweetness of nothingness as the inner
reality calms down from the activities of day.
