How do you replenish the adrenals? Because I think that's part of my
problem. Actually, I think that that is now pretty much most of my problem.
I have to work (urk - curses) so I can't just lie in bed all day. (I
wish ------------!) Well I suppose I could, but they've got very sniffy
over here about signing you on the sick if you're stressed out or exhausted
(It's all the fault of this so-called bleeding Labour government - ignore
that last bit if you're easily offended) ^ ^
and rebuilding yin.

Please - don't make me jealous. It's a mean emotion I'd rather not feel.
sssssssssssss Is that the snake? Or my mean nature? Okay, the latter.
Sometimes I look inside and feel sweetness and see a smile. Yeah I know
that sounds daft, but it's the only way I can describe it. Is that
kundalini? Whatever it is, it's midway between my navel and my heart.
Not that it's doing me much good, I'm usually too knackered to look inside.
Do some people have weaker kundalinis? Because I never get the great rushes
of power other people talk about.

I LOVE acupuncture! If I could afford it, I'd have it done once a week.
All the best to everyone. I'm going to bed now for my hopefully 12
necessary hours of sleep before I have to go out and face the raveging horde
