Dear Deesutra,

       I forgot to mention one very important detail that played a part in
the changes in my life and that is I burned up my adrenal gland. My
production today is a fraction of what it should produce normaly and I have
learned to be moderate in my energy expenditures. I would caution anyone
with an awakening kundalini to take great care with hydration and rest so as
not to burn out this very important gland. My wife also suffer from a
severly depleted adrenal gland although hers was from being a downhill ski
racer in the olimpics and cancer at 19 and the chemo therapy as kundalini
has come later in her life. It sounds as if you might of done this as well.
