Hi Gustaf and Johnny,

Me too! In the middle of the afternoon my usual lack of
confidence just went away. No more second-guessing myself.
The thought passed through my mind: "Just do it. My holding
back does not help anyone." The strong feeling lasted all
the way through my band practice last night, and is still
with me. This lack of confidence has been a life-long
pattern. I hope the change is permanent!
