I am curious what people do when they feel tired and meditate ?
Sometimes I lie down for a while, let the energy flow and settle in my spine
and then do a traditional cross legged meditation and that works quite well
as I don't feel sleepy, I feel energetic afterwards.
I think this is something worth re-visiting because it is amazing how
sitting cross legged can make you feel so sleepy compared to just sitting,
there is a process happening that i'm unconscious of but it does'nt quite
make sense.
I know there are 112 forms of meditation but I don't have the time or
patience or the strength to try them all, but I do wonder if there is
something more suitable for me.
I feel like I need to meditate for a longer period of time and more often
and am curious what advice others may have.
