I have a constant beating sound, like a drum... Is this the same thing? I have been listening to this drum sound for more than a year. It is very annoying, especially at night when there are no sounds to absorb this constant beating. It is not my heart or any physical ailments, I have been to many doctors in the past years because of my multiple symptoms of Fibromyalgia, etc...
How do get rid of this sound?

I was told by a Swami who trains me in Nada yoga (Kundalini yoga based on
sound) that ringing in ears and tinnitus are often signs of clearing.
Anahata is supposed to have a buzzing sound, just like that buzzing feeling
in the chest it has when it is active. That's what I know.
