Hey,
I read somewhere once , on this chakra site , that the area where nothing
exists is nothing. the author instructed one to sit and do nothing , get
comfertable. so , do nothing for a long time. maybe 15 minutes. when you start
thinking , only think to do nothing, the intention will take over. so eventually ,
you get to nothing. when you are there , keep doing nothing, considerign there
is a plan for your actions all the time -- what will come to you , will come to
you. they say taht the energy will go where it's needed.
when I did this, I put on a hooded sweatshirt and laid on my couch. i put the
hood up , took my shoes off and tucked myself into this soft couch. i put a
quarts crystal i had on my center, 2 or 3 inches below my bellybutton. i
focused on doing nothing. as I did nothing, something happened. It woke me up in one
way or another and then that night i really got woken up. I dont want to go
into specifics because they are personal and each perosns experiences are of
themselves.
it was powerful though, or so it seems to me.
