Sounds like the k is moving on through your head chakra too. Getting
neck adjustments and massage should help. Often times the energy gets
stuck in the head because a lot of people have problems with their
necks.

Also one must keep their tongue up to the roof of the mouth behind the
teeth. This connects the conception and governing acupuncture channels
of the body and creates a path for the energy to flow unimpeded.

Also psychotic dreams and paranoia means you are getting close to
adrenal exhaustion. Kundalini seems to be driven by adrenaline or causes
high adrenaline release from the adrenal glands. This can exhaust the
body and lead to post traumatic stress syndrome type
manifestations...battle fatigue is what it used to be called. This is
where you get depression also. You need rest and do more yin type
activities.

This is a potential serious side affect of k arising and needs to be
addressed immediately. It can take several years to rebuild the
adrenals. I surmise that things like chronic fatigue syndrome and
fibromyalgia do come from adrenal exhaustion and chi depletion. You MUST
drink lots of water and get rest or you can fry your kidneys. Yogi
Bahjan, guru of the 3HO movement(Kundalini yoga) just recently died from
complications of heart failure and had had kidney transplants. If he had
done simple things like drink lots of water and kept the tongue up to
the roof of his mouth he might have been able to avoid these problems. A
chi kung practice will help also to rebuild your chi and rebuild your
body.

Frying the kidneys is a real danger when one doesn't follow this simple
advice. It is surprising how many authorities do not know these things.
Sri Anandi Ma advises her students to keep their tongue down. I know
that for sure because I read it in her disciple handbook that I received
from her organization. This is very dangerous advice. One keeps their
tongue down when the energy is so strong that it keeps one from falling
asleep at night. This probably explains why I have so much problems
falling asleep. I am thinking about going out and getting a mouth guard
because my tongue sticks to the top of my mouth like it was glued on. :)

left nostril breathing (closing the right nostril) should cool the body
down because it stimulates the right brain and yin state.

The shaking can go on indefinately and is a good sign. It means the body
is moving to find the best route for the k to follow. I teach people to
shake and shake often cause it facilitates the k flow. Ecstatic
dancing/trance is also good for facilitating k flow.

 Hi Susan,

 I felt like this a few weeks ago, then it passed then it came back..
erm,
 now it's gone again. My experiences with K seem to be different each
and
 every day. Today I felt pretty low but better than yesterday. I had
another
 scary and vivid dream that I had become 'psychotic' again last night.

 However, meditating today, I felt a strong burning sensation at the top
of
 my head -- just in one small area. Then I felt the K even more
powerfully
 than ever before. It felt as-if my whole body were enveloped with K
and
the
 energy was going in waves through my body over and over. In the past
it
 felt as if the K was trapped, today it feels as-if -- at least some of
it --
 has been released. As I'm typing this I notice my body is still
shaking
 and I still feel some of that burning sensation on the top of my head,
but
I
 also feel incredibly floaty and light inside. Maybe things will start
 getting better now, otherwise I will take your advice and go hug some
trees.
