I have not tried it but my k is fully awake and mature. Just from
reviewing the process it looks benign enough. I am just wondering how
complete the process can be when it does not seem to acknowledge or work
around the lower chakra. ( I may be missing something here.)That is a
very important part of the puzzle and most if not all systems out there
seems to ignore the lower chakra and their importance to the kundalini
awakening process. This where the real juice or power resides. You have
to wake up the snake in the sacrum to have a full awakening.

This EFT may help, like Reiki does, to help smooth out the way but I
don't think it will substitute for initiating a full awakening process.
