If you want to get close to people, open your heart when you interact with
them. It's not painful, in fact it's liberating. And yeah you can feel the
energy coming out from your chest. It goes to the other person's chest.
And there's no loss of energy, because the other person is immediately aware
of it and reciprocates. You know those people who everyone is attracted to?
They're maybe not the most beautiful people in the world, but everyone wants
to know them and remembers them fondly even after only a short meeting?
That's what they do.
You have to exchange energy with people to become close to them, and that is
the quickest and easiest way to do it. Instant love. What stops us all
doing it is fear of being hurt. But you're not giving your life's blood
away, just a little blast of genuine friendship. And if people DON'T
reciprocate - be aware that it's only their fear which is stopping them.
Forget the thoughts. Thoughts come and go, *and* change all the time.
I'm not preaching here, I'm helping me as well. <grin>
Sorting out in my own mind something I've noticed.
