Dear Rajeev,



     It is my understanding that we are always in contact with our
subconscious minds but the self-conscious mind is just not always aware of
it. If we realize that each cell is an individual life form living out its
life in our service that makes a change in our subconscious mind. Each cell
is like a small animal and they need our loving attention. The subconscious
mind is where everything in our bodies gets its direction for assimilation,
elimination, creation and dissolution, healing and so forth. By merely
blessing our body and cells with love and being grateful for those cells
every day the cells will respond in a positive manor just as all living
things respond to love.
