Hi All,

I'm a bit behind reading the list, but here's a visualization
I have used in the past. The first time I read through it
(in some magazine several years ago) I was crying with relief
just from reading the words. Since then I have figured things
out to where I don't need this kind of protection anymore,
but if you're in that place where you need it, it's very
effective!

Gem Meditation

Imagine a beautiful sapphire growing from your solar plexus
and expanding to envelop your entire body. Imagine it growing
even larger, till it projects about 2 feet beyond your body
all the way around. You can see and breathe through it easily.

Now imagine a beautiful ruby growing from your solar plexus.
Imagine it expanding like the sapphire, and pushing the
boundary of the saphire out, till the ruby projects 2 feet
beyond your body and the sapphire is about 4 feet out.

Now imagine a beautiful diamond. . .you get the picture. By
the time the diamond has grown to push out the boundaries
of the ruby and the sapphire you are very safe and
self-contained inside the heart of a triple gem. I have had
people look at me in a startled way--they can feel my energy
disappear from their radar, and I can feel the absence of
invading energies.
