I like what you shared about 'your own mind is very powerful.'
I've been involved in using the LBRP before, I find it powerful,
if you believe in it's magic,
but not sure I want to get back into ritual use. ( I really had
some bad expriences with a facilatator of that type of magick.
I'd appreciate anyone else's input as to affirmations or prayers
that could be said.
When I am around a great number of people, say in Walmart, it is
not long until my energy is completely zapped. This is a lesson
that I am having to learn the hard way. Protection.
I always thought I would be protected, just because I thought
It was...a natural happening. You might say, I even resent the
fact that there is not just a natural protection in place, that we
are born with, or that "K" gives us.
I AM....so why should I be anything else?

ability so I never tried this myself. One thing I did find out about myself
(because loads of people told me :(
is that my aura was very strong and high going upward from the crown chakra
but weak around the body. That didn't come as much surprise to me.
Another thing to do, and remember your own mind is very powerful, is tell
yourself you're just as important as them, and shut off a lot. Don't be so
open. You're not a victim and can do it by an act of will.
