The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. You can find the instructions
on how to do it on google. What you're doing basically is calling in
archangels to surround you and a few other bits. I was surprised that it
worked (because I'm a sceptic - until it works for me).
That's my yardstick - does it work?
