Sorry I missed this the first time round.
The LBRP works beautifully for this. Nothing gets through it. I thought CM
was a load of rubbish till I tried this. Imagine my surprise that it
actually worked. I've been too lazy to do it every day, but seeing this
email reminded me of it.....:)
