If its Kundalini - then its probably big trouble!!! I don't know where to
go, because that is kind of where I am right now, though I'm still trying to
figure out exactly what is happening to me. I've had to stop my zazen
practice entirely, because I was not able to sleep, nor was I able to get
any helpful advise from my teacher. Fortunately, after a few weeks of not
sitting, things have subsided enough so that I can sleep well enough again,
and at least for now, that's good enough for me.
