   Thanks for your insight and awareness. You are right, I know, that God
doesn't not judge me for smoking, not to mention my other weaknesses.And if
it were not my body relying on me to quit I would just---keep smoking. But
apparently its come down to smoke...or sleep.

     As to finding a hypnotherapist trained by John Kappas, I just checked
the local directory and---we don't have one trained by John Kappas who is
advertising.

  We are, although a very healing area, a small one and we do have access to
a remarkable amount of "New Age-y" as well as state of the art healing
techniques, but not everything is available here in these British Columbia
kootenay mountains.

   Since kundalini "took over' my life I travel very little, which is a big
change as I was a real gypsy before. Now there are very real limitations and
travel is one.

  Looks like I'm going to have to rely on---grace, unless I can find
something herbal that makes me sleep like a baby, even if I have a few
cigarettes.
