Dear John: Thank you so much for your suggestion. I found after I posted
the letting go message that I had forgotten to include how grateful I am that
I made it for 12 days!
Valerian would be ideal if I could still take it. Its a psychic herb,
you know. I used it for...what...11 years about--all throughout the 80's and
then when kundalini hit i found I could not use it any more. It was like
taking LSD or some psychotropic substance. It certainly did not contribute
to any calmness or sleep as it had in the past. In ancient times, so I have
heard, it was used by leaders in power when they had to make big decisions.
For clarity of foresight.
I found , the last time I used it in the early '90's,it stimulated
kundalini so much I was grateful when the effect wore off.
Thanks also for you "you can do it". Its true i feel better in my body,
more calm and slow when I don't use it. Last night after having 2 cigarettes
it was a horrible chore to try to get to sleep.
And I thought I had a choice! haha. there is not choice. Its either smoke
or sleep. And sleep is such a good friend to me.
Love, dee
