Subject: [K-list] Emotional Work

Awakening requires ego death. Kundalini hastens Awakening and
facilitates ego death, but I believe Kundalini is just life experience
on steroids, so to speak. As I did before Awakening, I still call into
being situations that trigger awareness and release of dysfunctional
emotion or past trauma. I still have to grieve the detaching from long
cherished attachments that no longer serve. I am simply more concious of
it and it happens with far greater intensity. Kundalini energy
accelerates and intensifies transformation. But life at normal frequency
levels leads people in the same direction. Whether k-activated or not,
all progress will be a function of whether I open to Love or remain
closed by fear. I have seen k-active persons still closed by fear. And
they struggle with demons and dark forces, manifestations of their pain
body. I believe one must trust Goddess to enter and balance one's
energy, open the heart and dissolve the pain body, all through the
application of mindfulness, or concious presence. We must allow
ourselves to become completely concious of and present for our pain
body, so that by this we are healed and can embrace Being fully. And in
so healing ourselves we spread healing throughout humanity. We change
the world, for the better forever, by our own transformative healing
conciousness.
 
For those who have not read "The Power of Now" or seen "What the $%#&#
are we Doing Here", I cannot recommend these more highly. Tolle's book
does not speak directly to kundalini, but his personal transformation
tracks my own so closely I was in tears reading his story. And the movie
is the best rendering of Truth in contemporary media that I have run
across.
