   It's a kriya. You scream to release the energy. Think of it like a Kung
Fu shout. Primal scream therapy a la Kundalini.

    I'd suggest you have a chat with your body and ask it to get together
with your creativity to come up with another way to release, one that is
effective but doesn't scare the crap out of everyone around you. ;)

    Your witness spirit is not in fear because it does not know how to feel
fear, but your body just experienced a stroll through your own personal
hell. You =the point of perception - were anaesthetized and given a
symbolic version. Still, triggered a whole lot of karma releasing and the
body had to let it out with a big fat primal scream. Cannot blame it, really.
