Subject: [K-list] K-activity during colds + astal stuff

Hey list

I am curious whether if anyone knows of any differences in K-activity during
colds.. I'm going through a regular cold right now, and night time activity
has been particulary odd/intense.. Of course, it could just be coincidence..


Last night, I woke up at the usual 2-4 am after a dream that carried a very
powerful, beautiful message: I am not a slave to my past! The dream took
me right back to my past and showed me how I could change anything if I
wanter, relive all of my past with my current conciousness.. Despite this, I
also realized I didn't want to change anything that had happened, but that
yet still I was not bound to it any more.. After waking up, I spent almost
an hour in a half-sleep state, releasing and surrendering a whole bunch of
old issues that I hadn't even realized where there or needed releasing.
Quite beautful..

Second thing that happened was later during the morning. I woke up, but fell
asleep, conciously. It's like the whole sleep paralysis deal, but actually
going into it, rather than waking up from it.. I went through the different
layers, hearing different psychic sounds, sinking in.. All spontaneously, no
effort at all. I just let Goddess take me wherever I needed to go.. I was a
witness to my astral body, observing my legs and arms shifting about a
little (almost like a boat anchored at the shore) I could also shift around
the body a bit if I wanted.. Didn't really pay it all that much important..
I woke up conciously, and then went back to sleep like this again, repated
times.. During one of the sleep sessions, I went past the usual dream state
and into a very symbolic journey through different colorful "tunnels", and
over different flat landscapes with repeating patterns on them.. All along I
was in a very peaceful witness state, just allowing myself to be taken
wherever I needed to be..

My sister told me later today that she had read exactly about these tunnels
and patterns as some sort of collective astral.. err, place. (I am not very
well versed in this stuff) Anyone else had any experience with these things?
I've had a few astral experiences before, and quite a few OBE's and lucid
dreams as well.. But not this stuff, this was different. It also felt
somehow odd to have such an active night during a cold when I have been
feeling very tired and drained, heh.
