Hi Folks,

I haven't posted for awhile. I've been through rough times, lots of rough times, I still feel a bit rough inside, but I seem to be experiencing things differently.

Last night whilst meditating, I noticed a large build up of pressure around my eyes and perhaps the whole of that part of my face, kind of like a pulsing, and I also felt a as if something was rotating at around my third eye. Anyway, I just went with it.

Then I went to sleep, and awoke slighlty panicked, thinking a chair which was in front of my bed was, I don't know, "coming into me" Very strange indeed.

I thought about what a Byron Katie said "I am the awareness of consciousness watching itself" and I had this revelation, "I'm here" which isn't where I usually feel I am, kind of further back, with no awareness really of what "I am" is. I hope at least some people here know what I'm talking about! LOL

Then I just walked to the shop, and thought about that Byron Katie statement, and then thought "maybe it's all an illusion" -- I feel my thoughts follow certain shifts in awareness and sensations -- then, all of a sudden, I felt as though my immediate surroudings were moving into me, and not me moving towards them. As I am at the centre of it all. It made everything a bit surreal, and I must have looked weird, walking down the isle of a supermarket laughing my head off at it all. It feels good, I think.

I've been getting lighter and lighter, but last night I noticed I became VERY light all over with a feeling of warmth in my body. I've just started practicing qi-gong and this seems to help.

Hope some of ya can at least relate to these experiences.
