 When this happened to me it was sooooo deep of a feelilng,
It scared me. I've been in depression long ago
and I knew the symptoms and the feelings.
That depression did not pass so quickly as this
one. I'm finding that I've worked on enough of
my S___t that what is left is only a glancing blow
and then forward again. I'm so grateful to have
been able to hear everyones thoughts on this,as
it has given me many "pieces of the puzzle" to
either avoid a next time or cope through it.
And lol hahahahaha I loved the
 " may be some trees or buildings missing after"
It is kind of like a hurricane isn't it!
