 Have in mind that in the
cosmos, we can only measure 3% of the overall weight, the 97% is the
dark energy - same thing with DNA where the human genome reads only
about 3% of all the DNA, the rest being called junk DNA - but now
little by little, we are able to access and live in these new dimension

What new dimension? The astral, the spiritual? There is nothing new about
them.

so our biological body will adapt itself to the high currents needed for
the light body.

Nothing new about that either.

Kundalini is for me the most efficient and natural way
to do it, in particular through sacred sexuality because we came from an
act of sex in this planet through our parents

Parents are just a window to let a new being into this world.

and we fear about death.

We fear about everything that is unknown.

I'm not starting a fight here. :))
