You truly have seen into the soul of things.
I belive it is as you said...."Maybe its
beyond all that." That rings true for me, as I do think that it
feels it is beyond a dead end relationship, especially in my case,
as I have done the work & there is just something else that I need
to let go of. I'm just not sure what that is.
This darkness of the soul came on so fast and felt so deep, it almost
feels like there is some superficiality to it. Now that is crazy in and of
itself!
But that is how it feels.
I sat in front of this computer and read the input from the ones of the
group that
responded and I cried for nearly an hour, non stop. The tears must
have moved some energy out of the way, because it is weird, I feel much
better some how.
I do tai chi, but I am not disiplined with it and the energy tapping. So
that says to me I need to use the tools that I do have available to me.
How do I thank all of you for responding to me....I just felt I had
to reach out and you were there.

If anyone has a peice of the puzzle that I don't know about on
letting go of need in relationships...in life, in "k" please share. I'd
really
like not to have to look at this particular darkness again.

Do you do yoga or tai chi or some other physical discipline? Those help a
great deal. Things like "Energy Medicine" , EMDR, or Energy Tapping are
also very effective with depression. The idea is to get your energy moving
and unstuck.
