rose: This breath work is also sometimes called "Rebirthing" and there are
practitioners all over the world who do sessions of it. Of course the
important thing is to chooose carefully who you work with. It is best if you
find someone whose energy you resonate with and in whose presence you feel
safe to open and open and open. The effect and depth of the experience
depends upon the "heart" or, for lack of better word "enlightenment" of the
person giving the session. After having experienced enough facilitated
experiences, you'll know when you are ready to "do" it on your own.

  The Breath Energy Work as I know it is not an "exercise" that I can "tell"
you how to "do" in words.
