My techniques have primarily been spontaneous and intuition led.
Kundalini has taught me almost everything I know. My teaching partner (
a chi kung grandmaster) tells me I am a Wu Ji practitioner. Wu is a term
in Chinese that means the undivided primal nature or formless, from the
Void. Ji means to press forward.
In other words, my movements (my kundalini practice) are initiated by my
primal nature, my true essence or inner child. Kundalini releases or
frees the primal nature to become the dominant teacher/leader in our
lives.
My teaching partner, Dr. Glenn Morris, and I teach people how to awaken
their own kundalini with specific practices from esoteric yoga, chi
kung, and from western techniques. What I have found is that many things
I do spontaneously are mirrored in the classical traditions.
The body likes to move this way. It wants to move in the way Kundalini
directs it.

What techniques do you use to develop your kundalini? There's many
different
methods so which method are you most comfortable with?
Peace,
