Subject: [K-list] holosync versus hemisync

I know hemisync was initially introduced by the Monroe Institute but I guess
a lot of people make holosync cd's too. They seem to all have the same
intention. My question is what's the difference and which do you prefer and why? I've
been interested in using a simple binuaral cd to be used with headphones to
enhance my meditation and create a more balanced, deep trance state. Is there
anything you would recommend? I'm not really interested in the ones with
someone speaking about how to love yourself more or how to deal with life's
stuggles. I've read enough books that I don't need someone to tell me how to do that.
I'm primarily interested in a cd with just the sounds (maybe a form of white
noise) that facilitates a more balanced state of mental activity. Is there
anything like that out there? If there is, please send me a link. Thanks.
