Thank you very much for your very wise and compassionate advice. I will
proceed with part of it--ie the water, epsom salt baths, vit. c., up my B
intake and hot springs which is only 10 minutes away.
I have, however, already gone cold turkey 2 nights and..what..well I
haven't had a sleeping pill saturday, and sunday and I am DONE with them.
I did use heineken (2 each night) and it did help. Alcohol addiction is
not a fear as it is not attractive or compulsive with me. It was left behind
long ago.
I went to my daughters house (a single mom with 3 kids) and slept for the
first time without pills on saturday night--just a bit of sleep ( my oldest
granddaughter gave me her bedroom and she slept on the couch in the living
room) but I felt so much better the next day. And then on Sunday I had a
natural nap in the afternoon. I did not sleep sunday night as i was on a
foamy in my daughters room and it wasn't really comfortable--a bit buzzy.
I just had a nap at my own home and....hallellujah.. I still feel sleepy.
I also feel...if I sleep ----good, if I don't sleep--good. There is a sense
I am in my own body and not afraid of not sleeping. I feel relieved and a
sense of deeper trust in what is natural.
Thanks again for your advice. blessings, deesutra
