 saw this thing in real life, not in meditation? *shivers* I see horrid
 things sometimes in meditation. There was this black evil thing at the

 of my bed a short while ago, whilst I was meditating. I'm sure it's merely
 a of my imagination, but simply saying in my mind "I love you" seems to
 disempower it somewhat.
