Dear Lyndon,

Very probably. :)) The same applies to Hatha Yoga. Kundalinites
spontaneously go into Hatha Yoga-like poses. And it also applies to Pranayama (breath).
 Breath patterns often automatically change bringing on increased energy.

Yeah! :)) Demon-like visions happens frequently. Unfortunately people
growing up in some religions interpret this as being "possessed." I suspect there
is a certain (monster) area in the consciousness that we seem to pass
through.

The Buddha had his Mara after all! ;) My favorite "monster" visitation is
