Hi,
Thanks for your advice Thomas, it's really helpful.
My experiences are changing each day and today have so far been the most
bizarre. I meditated for an hour using the holosync audios, which
apparently help put the brain in a state of delta by embedded frequencies.
Anyways, this time I felt a pressure on the top of my head it felt as though
someone were pressing me into the chair. Then I started shaking, in fact,
i'm still shaking now. Just like as if i'd had a fever, or something. All
sorts of interesting things happened. My heart was beating like crazy, but
it wasn't from me panicking, I felt as though somethign wanted to erupt and
just went with it as much as possible without trying to induce something to
happen. I felt my legs and arms jumping about a bit, and then I started to
feel as-if my whole head were encased in some kind of energy or something.
I felt it right down teh back of my neck. Then the audious finished, so I
decided to awaken myself. However, I feel as though it could go on for much
longer.
I'm so skeptical and I really don't believe in a lot of what is written, but
there is no denying my experiences and there is no way that i'm consciously
inducing these symptoms. I have lots of links to kundalini yoga etc. and
peoples experiences of kundalini but I really don't want to taint my own
experience. I don't want to follow some 4 step yogic breathing procedure to
raise or control this energy and then find that i'm not in touch with my own
experience.
Still shaking... =)
Best Regards,
L
