Hi Lyndon, and welcome to pressure-in-the-head-club ;)

Thats the way it started off last year with me. It started
with tingling sensations, and ended up as a pressure-like
sensation in the 3rd eye area, "liquid energy"-sensations
around the nose etc.

I got a bit worried in the beginning, and goooogled until I
ended up getting Kundalini (and other words) in my vocabulary :)

The "pressure" is permanent in my 3rd-eye area, and I get
a pressure on the top of my head when I meditate or just
go into deep relaxing. In addition, (an as one in this list
mentioned when I got here), I experience tingling/crawling
sensations and spasms everywhere on my body. (+ other classical
"symptoms", like hearing sounds and other weirdness).

Though K is described classically as an energy that shoots
from the spine and into the brain, (I have experienced that
too) there seems to be many variants and side-effects
when it comes to physical sensations etc.
