Dear Flyingwoman,
One thing I've found with Kundalini, is since it can be incredibly sexual,
the mind/body brings up all sorts of possible scenarios--from sexual abuse to
UFO abduction, to making love with the gods. This is not to say you were not
abused--it is simply to give you another possible explanation for your
experience/dreams.
Releasing emotion is also so very common. I often wept for absolutely no
reason during the first few months of my experience. I think of it as K helping
to get rid of toxins in the body.
I wouldn't worry about "knowing" what it is you are releasing. It is the
release itself that is important.

That's the nature of K. :)) If we had recall and control, then perhaps we
would choose not to clear what we need.
