I would also warmly recommend "Kundalini Tantra" by Swami Satyananda. It's
somewhat traditional, yet offers a very scientific approach to K, and has
full practice progrmas aimed at specific chakras and also introduces kriya
yoga. More than anything, the book helped dispel many fears I had about K
back that time. =)
