In my own experience I haven´t felt any side effect from the release of
Amrita. Just a nice taste and a sign that things are going all right. And
there shouldn´t be, it´s like vomiting after a good meal.

I call it Amrita, because people call it like that, but as far as I know it
is the only thing that exist with that characteristics. i.e. substance
produced at the mouth palate with a nice taste. I prefer calling it nectar.

For those of you who produces amitra from the mouth palate region and
swallow it:
- do you know if AMRITHA is the samething as AMITRA
- do you experiment typical digestive side-effects after eating
you breakfast in the morning (coughing followed by small vomit almost
every morning - sorry for the details but i'm having this for a few
monthes now)
- any information on this subject is more than welcome
