Its very interesting to me all the sharing about reiki and kundalini.
Its interesting, for example, because for many years (I've been in this
kundalini reality for about 13 years now) I have avoided receiving any kind
of reiki sessions at all where, before kundalini I would get one whenever I
could and many meditating friends and sannyasins were giving reiki.
After kundalini I found reiki would leave me devastated,hot, chaotic
and.....what?....in some blocked state as though the energy running through
me had been screwed around with and I didn't know what to do. Often found
myself wriggling around on the floor crying and being overtaken by
spontaneous postures until the energy managed to clear or right itself (if
that's what happened).
Often I had to get a good deep massage (to the bone) to clear out the
body. And while reiki doesn't work for me, boy does deep massage work to
keep me clear and easy in the energy.
I don't know the "why" of this reiki experience but really I don't need to
know. The surrendering to "to do" or "not to do" seems to be working for me.
Right now I'm enjoying a blessed state of intimacy with the divine.
