In reading all the posts about reiki and kundalini, i guess i have my own questions. Are you guys (Susan and Angelique) referring to the hands on healing version of reiki as being detrimental to kundalini?

I thought I'd share this story. Earlier this year, I did some attunements for 2 people, and the result was immediate intensely heightened Kundalini activity. Was really intense since then, but now is calmed down and manageable. I didn't see any of it as negative, but have not done any hands on healing as a result-was something like sticking my finger in an electric socket or maybe more like getting zapped with lightning. Actually, I no longer feel I need to do hands on healing...kundalini seems an easier and more potent way to go. I feel almost a little weird about even thinking of messing in someone's energy field through reiki, or vice versa, right now-like it's imposing or something, or even a little silly. Yet I don't feel that way about directing the energy from k. Is this odd? Maybe its because the Kundalini energy is the divine energy...not a man made version of the stuff, and all I have to do is invoke it? I've just been letting all this ride, but wondering what you all
 thought.

BTW, Angelique, I enjoy your down to earth comments about everything. Makes it so simple to understand. Makes everything feel-okay. I get grounded just reading your comments, he he.
