You know when "stuff" comes up to be processed. You know, old buried emotions surface, and you go through them, sorting them out, looking for the roots, finding the roots, "aren't I silly". Blah blah blah.
Why can't you just junk it? It's all rubbish anyway isn't it?
Why can't you just slough it off like a snake shedding its skin, and start again, clean?
