Dear Julian
I would warmheartedly recommend the Satyananda yoga tradition, which is far
from watered down. And as far as I know, they have it in England, if that's
where you are heading. =)

Hello,
I've been subscribed to the list for some time and haven't got to
post but really appreciate the people who do. I'm in Japan at the moment
and heading back to Europe via India and Sri Lanka. Can anyone recommend
any kundalini/shaktipat teachers or for that matter real hatha yoga
teachers (rather than the sort of watered-down health club stuff I've
come across in England), Thank you for your time and wishing you all the
very best.
Julian
